Established Architectural Practice in Northampton

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist with expertise in Logistics & Industrial projects to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale projects, preferably within the Logistics sector, and be proficient in using Revit software on a daily basis.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will lead projects, work autonomously, and contribute to the development of innovative designs. You will also collaborate with other professionals to deliver high-quality results.

A competitive salary and benefits package is offered, ranging from £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Design and develop innovative solutions for Logistics & Industrial projects
  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • MCIT accredited (desirable)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Experience working on large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
