Safety Leadership Executive

Wincanton Logistics is seeking a Safety Leadership Executive to join its team. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of site health and safety strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. You will work closely with site teams to identify and mitigate risks, and promote a culture of employee engagement and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH General Certificate, experience working in a managerial position in a H&S environment, and good knowledge of health and safety legislation. You will also have experience promoting H&S first culture through employee engagement and be self-motivated and disciplined. A high standard of work and integrity are essential, as well as the ability to resolve multiple and complex issues while under pressure.
