We are looking for someone exceptional, with the talent and skills to commission a new service successfully. This role requires someone who can lead a team and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for the children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the home is financially sustainable
