Job Description
At Initialize IT, we are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to lead our master data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product and vendor domains in the context of PIM/STEP Stibo.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining strategies and approaches to master data entities, leveraging your expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) consulting. Your experience in delivering overarching solution architectures for STEP PIM (SAAS) implementation will be invaluable in driving digital transformation for product and customer domains from a PIM and supplier master standpoint.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data governance strategies to improve data quality, optimizing matching, merging/linking, and survivorship processes.
* Design and deliver master data dictionaries for STEP PIM implementation, incorporating data models, business rules, and PIM hierarchies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific master data-related parameters and provide technical guidance on their implementation.
* Lead the team in maintaining effectiveness in data organization and maintenance activities, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the organization.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have:
  1. Approximately 3 implementations/configurations on PIM/STEP Stibo.
  2. Experience in defining strategy and approach to master data entities.
  3. Master Data Management (MDM) consulting experience in Product and Vendor domains (STIBO).
  4. Engagement in digital transformation for product and customer domains from a PIM and supplier master standpoint.
  5. Experience delivering overarching solution architecture for STEP PIM (SAAS) implementation.
  6. Skills in optimizing data governance and improving data quality (matching, merging/linking, and survivorship).
  7. Established data cleansing and migration strategies.
  8. Designed templates and delivered master data dictionaries for STEP PIM implementation (data model, business rules, PIM hierarchies).
  9. Knowledge or hands-on experience in vendor/supplier implementation with STIBO STEP.
  10. Ability to design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.
  11. Guidance to the team to maintain effectiveness in data organization and maintenance activities.
  12. Technical guidance to identify specific master data-related parameters.
  13. Collaboration with business and client IT stakeholders to address master data recommendations and best practices.


What We Offer
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
