As a key member of our Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth aspirations for London and nationally. This senior position will focus on client-facing activities, technical leadership, and business growth, rather than day-to-day operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with the Technical Leadership Group (TLG) to promote technical innovation, best practices, and technological advancements for infrastructure development.
  • Liaise with the DTL to set and agree on local team structures, shapes, and skills sets.
  • Drive business development by building lasting relationships with local networks of decision-makers.
  • Win work from key accounts and align the business to secure major opportunities and an increasing order book.
  • Act as Project Manager or Director for major projects and strategically important commissions.
  • Support all aspects associated with H&S/COR and ensure the team complies with SHEQ.
  • Mentor selected colleagues on the Succession Planning Schedule and Emerging Talent schedule.
