We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant to join our team in Acute Medicine at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert medical care to patients in the Acute Medicine Unit, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other support staff, to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
- Contribute to the development of our services, including the design and implementation of new clinical pathways and the evaluation of existing services.
- Participate in education and training programs to maintain and improve your clinical skills and knowledge.
