Student Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, being able to work effectively with students, pastoral staff, and teachers to implement behaviour plans and strategies. You will also possess a calm and composed nature, with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations and provide a safe space for students to express themselves.
