This is a fantastic opportunity to join the newly formed Continuous Improvement function at The Law Society, a leading professional organization in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of the Law Society's Continuous Improvement approach through the delivery of improvement work using CI methodology and tools.
- Deliver learning courses to build the CI capability across the organization, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and departmental teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, with a strong understanding of CI methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
