Accounts and Office Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small team environment, handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Verify delivery notes against invoices to maintain seamless operations.
  3. Cash up daily transactions and record on spreadsheets to ensure financial transparency.
  4. Respond to supplier and customer enquiries in a professional manner.
  5. Create new stock items on the system, maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and transferring them to relevant departments.
About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and strong data entry skills. The successful candidate will be a good team player who can work independently and as part of a team.

A competitive salary is offered, ranging from £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Weekend working will be required on a rota basis with a day off in the week. Full training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
