We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join our HR team at Oliver Brookes. As a key member of our Employee Relations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the business on a range of initiatives around employee relations, policy improvement, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive advisory and consultancy services to managers across the business on employee relations matters.
- Take the lead on rolling out the employee relations strategy and creating a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, and engagement.
- Act as the escalation point for providing expert advice and guidance to the business on complex or high-risk cases.
- Work closely with leaders across the organisation to coach and influence them, ensuring decisions are made in line with legislation.
