Job Description:
We are seeking a Community Healthcare Manager to join our team in St. Austell. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to customers while providing an excellent standard of care through the service. The successful candidate will have a Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc or BPharm) and GPHC Registration, as well as experience in Community Pharmacy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,750 per annum, based on the national average for a pharmacist with experience in community pharmacy. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a 10% in-store discount, pension up to 7%, remote GP service, discretionary bonus scheme, GPhC fees paid for, career progression and development opportunities, professional indemnity insurance, and free parking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to customers
• Provide an excellent standard of care through the service
• Support the entire pharmacy team in delivering across a range of community services
• Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of service provided by the pharmacy
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication usage
