Accounting Operations Coordinator

About the Job:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing client contract revenue and billing, including reading client contract financial terms, recording data points into the ERP system, and ensuring revenue and billing is generating correctly.
You will work closely with Client Relations and Legal to understand and implement contract terms for written and auto-renewal agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to explain complex financial information to non-finance staff, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
">* Timely and accurate posting of accounting transactions
* Completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations
* Identification of risks and opportunities
Requirements:
">* 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary and Benefits:
">* Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Hybrid working arrangement, with regular travel to our Northampton office
