Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor to join our Facilities Team at Magdalen College. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of our facilities management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective monitoring and evaluation strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities management services.
- Lead and manage a team of facilities management staff to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize facilities management needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Magdalen College policies.
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a facilities management context.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
- A competitive salary of £37-42k depending on experience.
