We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager to join our team at Wild Berry Associates. This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days of in-office work per week in a central London location.

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week and be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Line Management: Supervise and support a team of 1 MEL Officer to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
  • Grant Evaluation Prioritization: Collaborate with the MEL Lead and Senior Leadership Team to prioritize grant evaluation projects and ensure they are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Grant Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of external evaluations for grants and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
  • MEL Framework Development: Work with the MEL Lead to develop and refine the organization's evaluation framework, methodology, and processes to ensure excellence in monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
  • Grant Impact Measurement: Support the measurement of the longer-term impact of grant funding and identify areas for improvement.

This role would be suitable for someone with experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, or grant and research management. The successful candidate will be contacted within 5 working days.
