About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales excellence, particularly in the HR / employee benefits / financial wellbeing tech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify new business opportunities and guide prospects through our sales process
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Close new business deals and contribute to the growth of nudge's global financial wellbeing solution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the HR / employee benefits / financial wellbeing tech space
  • A track record of sales excellence, especially with mid-market and/or enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Global mindset and comfortable working with people from different time zones
