Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best possible care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working closely with the Care Team to ensure resident needs are met.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential)
- At least 6 months' experience as a Senior/Team Leader in a Residential Care Home setting (essential)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work 42 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends
