About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bradley Hall, a luxury care home that embodies the values of kindness and care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing personalized care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, security, and dignity
  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
