We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bradley Hall, a luxury care home in Leicester. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, administering medication, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will also be expected to work closely with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential)
- At least 6 months' experience of being a Senior/Team Leader in a Residential Care Home setting (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
