- Evaluate the impact of our community organising efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

- Proven experience in community organising and conservation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
