The Wayman Group is seeking a highly skilled Reception Teacher to join our team in Wokingham, Southeast England. This full-time, permanent position offers an estimated salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of Reception students
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' social and emotional growth
  • Providing individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborating with other educators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent.
