Primary School Reception Teacher Opportunity in Wokingham

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Reception Teacher to join our vibrant school community at Wayman Learning Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to supporting students' educational journey.
About the Role:
This full-time, permanent position involves planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of young children. As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional development, and instilling a love for learning in your students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with other educators to develop effective teaching strategies
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: The school is situated in Wokingham, Southeast England.
