Job Title: Northern Field Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Northern Field Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with existing customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs to maximise sales.
  • Analyse customer data to identify spending trends and opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell our product range.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities within your territory and follow up on leads provided by our customer service team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain solid working relationships with our clients.
  • Reengage with lapsed clients, rekindle relationships, and introduce our latest offerings.
  • Complete administrative tasks and customer follow-ups in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 18 months experience in a similar field-based role.
  • Experience working within the textiles industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to analyse customer data to spot opportunities for growth.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a go-getter mentality.
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy schedule of client meetings, admin tasks, and follow-ups.
