At Agena Group, we're on a mission to disrupt industry norms and innovate in the parking and software solutions space. As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing our industry-leading services to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Lead new business acquisition and drive growth within existing accounts.
  • Business Development: Generate new leads and win new business opportunities.
  • Client Growth: Expand relationships with current clients through upselling and organic growth strategies.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and relevant external regulations.
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct regular cold outreach to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, site visits, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Sales Proposals & Contracts: Create compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including site plans.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Mentorship: Coach and mentor new team members, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a positive and professional representative of the company.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £25,500 per annum basic, plus commission (OTE £40k+).
