About the Role

This Enterprise Vault Development Specialist position is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic enhancements for Veeva Vault products at our customer sites. The role involves implementing an agile release methodology and managing operations across QA, IT, and Business teams.

This full-time role requires occasional travel to one of our European offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Operations for Veeva's R&D SaaS solutions at customer sites
  • Act as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between implementation teams, stakeholders, and 3rd parties
  • Develop and execute customer release management programs, including resource planning, tracking, and forecasting
  • Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
  • Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs focused on holistic success and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting, or Product Management
  • Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor
  • Technical affinity and/or hands-on experience with software implementation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
  • Capacity to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • Experience in Life sciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and/or Drug Safety spaces
  • Experience with Data or Content Management applications

  • Prince2/PMP, Agile Scrum Master, ITIL certifications
