Facilities Maintenance Specialist

An exciting role has become available for a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our client's team in Malton, North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company, offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and improve the external building and internal factory, including heating, water treatment, ventilation, fire protection, plumbing, alarms, and security systems.
- Support the department in planned maintenance and continuous improvement of the site.
- Develop and maintain operating standards, ensuring all inspections are in line with legislation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for energy and cost savings.
- Previous or current experience as a Site Services Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Factory Facilities Engineer, or similar role.
- Hold a qualification in Engineering, which is essential.
- Experience or qualifications in Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing, Refrigeration, or Water treatment.
- Experience working in a Food or other manufacturing environment.
- 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
- 8% Employee / 8% Employer pension.
