Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in Loughborough, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript, with experience in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus, as is strong leadership and communication skills.
