The Best Connection is seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Haverfordwest. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of materials. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate counterbalance forklifts to transport product within the warehouse.
* Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of items.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking as required.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including manual handling tasks and keeping work areas clean and organised.

Requirements:

* Valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift licence.
* Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Flexibility to work day and night shifts.

Shift patterns & pay:

* Shifts between Monday to Sunday 4pm to 12am, \u00a312.40 per hour.

Benefits:

* Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
* 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
