Disembowel Operative

**Lairage Operative**
**Haverfordwest**
**5AM - 2PM**

**Duties**:

- Handling or killing of birds in the lairage and slaughter area.
- Duties may include removal of birds insides
- Responsibility for bird welfare is paramount.
- Ability to complete all physical requirements of the role
- Progression to gain WATOK licences based on competencies.
- Operations performed in a large warehouse environment with low level lighting for bird welfare
- PPE, including protective overalls provided to carry out duties
