We are seeking a committed Community Support Specialist to provide confidential support, risk assessments, and information to clients who have experienced domestic abuse. The post is based primarily in West Berkshire, but may involve working across all BWA areas. Your role is to empower our clients, keeping their safety central to our interventions. We are looking for an individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with professional agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential support and risk assessments to clients who have experienced domestic abuse
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with professional agencies
  • Empower clients and keep their safety central to our interventions

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a confidential and safeguarding environment
  • Understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on families
  • Full driving license and access to transport (desirable)
