About the Position: Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Community Support Specialist to join our Adult Services team in Sutton. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be working closely with vulnerable adults to identify their needs and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess the needs of vulnerable adults and develop individualised plans to address these needs.
  • To deliver high-quality support services that empower adults to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives.
  • To collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure that services are delivered in a coordinated and efficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in social work or a related field and a minimum of three years' experience in a social work role.
  • Registration with the relevant regulatory body and adherence to their standards and codes of conduct.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
