The Lifeways Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Recovery Worker to join our team in Bentley, Doncaster. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to provide recovery-focused support to individuals with enduring mental health needs within our 'Enhanced Community Recovery' service.
About You:
- You may have experience working in care or a related field, although full training will be provided
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have a good understanding of the needs of people living with mental health and its effects
- You are willing to learn and adapt to new situations
