About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Day Health Care Assistant to join our team at Midlands Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide person-centred care to elderly residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and privacy.
  • To work collaboratively with the care team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
  • To participate in comprehensive training programs throughout the year, including mandatory and supplementary, online and practical courses upon request.
  • To complete our induction programme, which includes enrolment in the Care Certificate to enhance your skills in delivering compassionate care.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
  • The ability to adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
