About the Role

The Local Governing Body plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our schools and students. As a Governor, you will be responsible for implementing the school's vision, ethos, and strategic direction, while holding senior leaders accountable for their performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the school's strategic plan
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to senior leaders
  • Maintaining effective relationships with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leadership or governance roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of educational principles and practices
