Talent Management:
We are seeking a People Partner Senior Manager to lead a team of HR professionals who provide guidance to leaders and employees, delivering people services based on knowledge of people programs and offerings, local talent, policies, and regulatory requirements. This role will ensure effective human resources practices while maintaining and improving our company culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of organization-wide talent programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 12+ years in a human resources role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through talent management.
