RPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Practice Nurse to join our team. As an Occupational Health Practice Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive occupational health services to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and contractual codes of conduct.
- Prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills, knowledge, and standards.
- Ensure efficient recording of all clinic visits at site, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide treatment services, including emergency call-outs, and ensure ongoing sign-off of checklists and competencies as agreed with the OH Clinical Manager.
- Attend safety walks, 1:1 meetings with Clinical Management, and support wellbeing program initiatives.
- Maintain evidence-based clinic practice in line with NMC regulations.
- Valid UK driving license and own transport.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours, including early, late, and night shifts.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and OH systems.
