Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive occupational health services to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and contractual codes of conduct.
- Prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills, knowledge, and standards.
- Ensure efficient recording of all clinic visits, treatment services, and health surveillance activities.
- Support the Wellbeing programme initiatives and maintain staff notice boards.
- Maintain evidence-based clinic practice in line with NMC regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to travel and work outside normal office hours, including early, late, and night shifts.
- High degree of self-management, self-motivation, and ability to lead by example.
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a flexible workload.
- Current, valid UK driving licence and own transport.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and OH systems.
