About the Opportunity

This challenging yet rewarding role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on the educational experiences of children with complex needs in Slough, UK. As a dedicated SEN teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, fostering academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Promote positive behaviour and help students build confidence and independence.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ADHD and ASD, is highly desirable.
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safeguarding children are essential.
