About the Role

We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our primary school team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting young learners and contributing to their academic and personal development.

Responsibilities

The HLTA will be responsible for supporting teaching and learning, delivering interventions, assessing and monitoring progress, managing classroom activities, collaborating with colleagues, engaging with parents and carers, and committing to professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, extensive experience in a primary school setting, a proven track record of supporting pupils' learning and development, and strong communication skills.
