Link 3 Recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced primary school SEN support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a SEN support specialist in a dynamic and supportive school environment. You will have the chance to work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of experience as a SEN teaching assistant or similar role, with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare, or a related field. Additional qualifications or training specific to SEN, such as a Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (SEN), Level 4 Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants, or other relevant SEN certifications, are also highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a stimulating work environment that fosters collaboration and growth.
