Job Title: Commercial Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Eaton's UK Fire & Intrusion sales teams to progress and contribute to our strategy to increase sales and market share for device and system sales.
  • Develop a high-performing team through leadership, coaching, and a culture of learning with a focus on digital tools/assets and data-driven decision making.
  • Drive Fire & Intrusion strategies to deliver the annual profit plan, accelerating the sales pipeline and providing accurate run-rate insight/forecasting for demand management and production scheduling.
  • Ensure engagement across multiple internal stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers to drive a successful team and sales progression with updates on performance and potential areas for improvement.
  • Be the voice of Fire & Intrusions solutions to drive cross-pollination of opportunities and engagement between the teams to realize mutual objectives and build organizational capability.
  • Set clear KPI's and objectives, monitor, and present progress against targets with sales individuals, the sales team, and senior business leaders.
  • Capture account, opportunity, and activity data within CRM to be leveraged in effective, data-based decision making, coaching & development.
  • Use and embrace digital sales enablement tools to maximize your chances of success and enable a digital mindset across the teams.
  • Collaborate with other sales teams and marketing acting where possible as One Eaton.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales performer with 2+ years of sales management experience.
  • B2B channel sales experience with a clear understanding of sales processes.
  • Comfortable with data, experience of CRM systems such as Power BI, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
  • Fire and security industry knowledge preferred, but not essential.
