About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team and support the BIM Team Leader in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our BIM Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all BIM requirements in projects, delegating tasks to BIM Technicians, and liaising with clients and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing all BIM requirements in projects
  • Delegating tasks to BIM Technicians
  • Liaising and collaborating with clients and external stakeholders
  • Creating internal clash reports
  • Attending BIM coordination meetings
  • Setting up models
  • Ensuring links in models are updated weekly
  • Performing CAD checks
  • Exporting & uploading models to CDE
  • Working closely with technicians
  • Supporting and guiding BIM Technicians about project specifics
  • Disseminating information from BIM execution plans

Requirements:

  • Previous BIM coordination experience
  • Computer literate and proficient in all core Microsoft Office packages
  • Prior experience working with 2D & 3D software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • To be honest, trustworthy and to maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties relating to finance and tenders
  • Ability to form good working relationships with colleagues, customers, and outside bodies
  • Ability to work using your own initiative

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within a related field
  • Previous experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Experience using AutoDesk Construction Cloud
  • Experience using Revit MEP
  • Recognised BIM qualification
  • Proficiency in a European language is desirable but not essential
