About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Company Shop Group in Bristol, Avonmouth. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our members
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store
