About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Age UK's Westbury on Trym shop. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent retail service to our customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience and contributing to the successful day-to-day running of the shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Support with sales, stock rotation, and store tidying, ensuring the shop is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Represent Age UK in a professional manner, reflecting our core values and promoting our services to customers.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the shop.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg's, with a high level of physical fitness.
