Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our award-winning range of feel good furniture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Share knowledge about the wellbeing benefits of our furniture, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring that their feel good furniture is crafted to their specification and arrives exactly as they imagined.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand.
