Sustainable Transport Service Manager

Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing service manuals, building warranty systems, and creating training programs. You will also provide technical support to customers and third-party service agents, manage and streamline warranty systems, host hands-on training sessions, and audit repairs across the UK.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in mechanical fault diagnostics, electrical systems, and process improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential, as you will work closely with colleagues to refine processes and build a service culture that prioritizes quality.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and training.
