Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working autonomously, and collaborating with other clinical teams to improve healthcare outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work unsupervised to advise and recommend treatment for patients using clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborate with other clinical teams to improve the quality of healthcare, responding to local and national policies and initiatives.
  • Support and participate in shared learning across the Division and TRFT.
  • Assess the impact of policy implementation on care delivery.
  • Recognize and work within own competency and professional code of conduct as regulated by the NMC/HCPC.
  • Produce accurate, contemporaneous, and complete records of patient consultations.
  • Assess the effectiveness of care delivery through self and peer review, benchmarking, and formal audit and evaluation.
  • Work autonomously and effectively, responsible for supporting others and exploring mechanisms to develop new ways of working.
  • Prioritize own workload and ensure effective time management strategies are embedded within the team culture.
  • Work effectively with others to clearly define values, direction, and policies.
