We have implemented Signs of Safety and Safe and Together models to assist practitioners in working collaboratively with families and their networks.

This approach enables workers to focus on relationships and direct work with families, ensuring the best outcomes for the whole family.

Job Summary

This role involves working over 5 days a week, including Saturdays on a planned rota basis, with a 6% enhancement attached due to this.

The successful candidate will have experience in children and families fieldwork and completed the five-day child protection training.

A sound knowledge and skill base in relation to understanding complex issues surrounding child protection work is also essential.
