About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Quality Operations Director to join our team in Barrow-In-Furness. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality systems and technologies across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality systems and technologies to support business growth and improvement.
  • Capture and prioritize business demand across the quality function portfolio.
  • Lead project management of maintenance and technology projects, including acquiring funding and resources.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing business cases and managing risk.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Qualifications in ITIL or equivalent experience.

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
