About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to achieve their best.
  • Support the Head Chef in achieving targets and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate records of food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Oversee health and safety procedures in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
