Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a quality-focused hotel or restaurant environment. You will be responsible for assisting with food ordering and preparation, leading the kitchen team, collaborating with front-of-house staff, and maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience: Proven track record of success as a Sous Chef in a quality-focused hotel or restaurant environment.
  2. Creativity: Ability to develop and learn new skills, showcasing creativity and flair in menu planning and production.
  3. Communication: Excellent communication within the kitchen team and with other departments, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  4. Production: Previous experience in menu planning and production, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive working environment that encourages growth and development.
